Sumeet Singh - India Operations

Graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and has 18 years experience in Offshore Industry. Worked with leading companies including TCS, HCL, KEANE & NESS.

As a Country Head, he was responsible for setting up early Indian operations for Computer Associates (CA). Also taken initiatives in setting and managing offshore operations for New York-based BIDM Corporation. Has been awarded the "Sales Leader of the Year for Asia" at CA.

Rajit Passey - US Operations

A Law degree holder and an M.B.A. in CIS from Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, PA. Experienced in technology sales, strategic business development and team building with various organizations. Currently, laid down Intersoft's founding principles and created an environment, fostering creativity, collaboration and commitment to customers and fellow employees.



Ravinder Jit Singh - Finance and Administration

Hails from a rich Finance and Administration background. Had setup and managed large garment merchandising ventures export to USA, UK and Japan.

In his 15 years of experience he has dealt with premier textile companies, the likes of Regarde, Macys and Esprit in USA; Samata in Japan; Harrods in London.



Anand Jain - Technology

Anand holds bachelor of engineer degree in Computer Science from Bombay University. He has ten years of experience in J2EE and .Net technology solutions. Working for Phillips-Origin, Wipro, Thomas Cook and Ness, he has architected commercially successful products and frameworks. He has been a frequent presenter at Microsoft Blitz events in the past.

As a director of technology, he is focused at keeping Intersoft at the bleeding edge of latest technologies. He also oversees sales support and healthcare domain business development in US.



Vishnu Priya - Chennai Operations

She is Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with vast experience in Human Resource and Management at various multinational organizations.

She has been heading HR functions for US-based Software Consulting and Development firms. At Intersoft, she manages and coordinates HR responsibilities for corporate compliances. In addition, as a Management Representative, she is in charge of managing and implementing software quality assurance functions across the organization.




Raman Jyotshi - India Sales

Has 10+ yrs of techno-commercial experience and worked with leading IT product distribution and training companies. He has extensive experience in the IT and Service Industry with primary focus on customer orientation. He brings to Intersoft varied capabilities across key areas in the IT industry including strategic IT planning, business development, marketing and branding Information Systems in various disciplines.



Puneet Duggal - Quality

Has about 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance with major companies including Newgen Software Technologies and Xerox. A CSQA and yellow belt in Six Sigma, he has been responsible for handling Quality Initiatives like ISO 9001:2000, CMM & CMMi. Other initiatives include knowledge management, configuration management and managing in-house products.



Mustapha Sirazi - Quality Assurance

An M.B.A in Marketing and a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, he had aptly managed Quality initiatives for offshore companies with Independent Software Vendors and at global fortune 100 institutions including Citigroup & Merrill Lynch. While managing projects for his clients he has successfully been able to demonstrate the benefits of round the clock Quality Control and Assurance.
