By having Intersoft resource presence at onsite helps client work with extended offshore teams as if they are working in same location.

Clients generally interact with onsite leads to discuss their requirements, share issues, demonstrations, answer queries, integration aspects with different systems where other teams may be engaged, get logistics in place like system access etc. Intersoft onsite manager and leads communicate with offshore counter parts on daily basis in conference calls and exchange information, knowledge, get updates for quick turn arounds.
